Chris,

Is what you posted yesterday all you have?? If it is, I'd be ashamed to
post it. There wasn't a single piece of documentation that I saw. Do you
really believe that because you have talked to xx numbers of employees and
their stories conflict with the actual records and documentation, that
discredits the paperwork?? Is that what you are saying?? Where did you
get the story that my attorney contacted Daren?? You need to go back and
recheck that as well. Like everything else, you've got it all twisted.
From what I saw that you have posted, all you have is what others have told
you. What I have said all along is to make a couple of phone calls and
find out for sure yourself. All your information is not accurate. Why
didn't you post that Mr. Golden said he did not authorize those unproduced
micro figures for first shots?? That he said they were not his work?? Or
that after he finally got to see them that in his opinion they were done by
a rookie?? Mr. Golden's records include everything on the micro collection
except first shots for the unproduced figures and that was because the
project was halted and he never authorized them for first shots. Why
didn't you post that Mr. Golden says the photography evidence you quote as
proof they exist was actually painted 4 up hardcopies used with Neiheisel's
mock up box because there were no unproduced figures to use because they
were never ordered?? As far as all these 4 up hardcopies and other Kenner
property being thrown in dumpsters.... that's real funny. Kenner says they
are destroyed by melting down or grinding up.. never given away, sold or
thrown out. What isn't kept for future use, is completely destroyed. All
you had to do from the very beginning was make a couple phone calls and you
would have had all the "right" information yourself. As far as my release
doesn't mean squat, how many do you have?? My figures were Kenner
property until I got the release. Do you think Kenner is so stupid that
they give releases for mass produced figures that could have been purchased
in the market place?? Do you really believe they can't tell the
difference?? I think you are grasping for anything you can. All the
accusations you can dish out isn't going to change the fact that there are
records and documentation out there for the micro collection and it isn't
going to evaporate just because you have talked to many ex employees who
only knew bits and pieces and yes my information comes from an employee
also, but mine was from the only person in authority. The project manager/
original engineer of the entire project who had the authority to order
first shots and decide what was going to happen and who was going to do it
and each of these people had to have his authorization and approval before
anything was done. What he can contribute to the information on the micro
collection will stand up anywhere, no questions asked. Again, if you have
one single piece of legitimate documentation that proves who authorized
first shots for the unproduced micros, I will jump at the chance to check
it out. Just tell me where it is and who's got it. You say it's me who
won't listen, well you are right because I know better. I have talked to
Mr. Golden and I have seen all the records and paperwork and I do have
copies of it all. You've been told it's all there and you can talk to him
yourself. I have even offered to arrange for you to talk to him but you
refuse. Why?? I think that's where the real problem is. The "why" you
won't. You've gone to a lot of trouble to discredit me instead of just
making a couple of phone calls. This could of been over 10 minutes after
you first heard about me, but you have danced all around everything and
still haven't made the calls. All I can say is wonder why??
