| Power of the Force Jawa Cromalin | |
| Featured here is a cromalin for the Power of the Force 3 3/4" Jawa action figure packaging. Jawa was released on a POTF 92-Back card, but that doesn't take anything away from the sheer coolness of this piece. Cromalins play an
extremely important part in the creation of toy packaging. Notes are often found on cromalins to indicate changes that need to
be made before the final version is approved. Suggested changes vary from piece to piece, but range from text absence,
necessary color changes, etc. This example is free from any notations whatsoever, so the card image is entirely unobscured.
The picture clearly conveys the vivid colors exhibited on cromalins of this nature.
This cromalin surely holds a special place in Jason West's collection since it represents a key packaging pre-production piece for his Jawa focus collection. |
