| This concept artwork for an unproduced "electronic sound generator" would have allowed kids to play with their Kenner action figure toys to the accompaniment of realistic sound effects, which I assume would have been taken directly from the film's soundtrack. It was an interesting idea, which was partially resurrected by Galoob some 15 years later for their Action Fleet line. Oh, what I wouldn't have given in the '80s to be rid of that horrible zeeeeee! which was the sole sound effect of so many Kenner vehicles. |
