| Proof cards are utilized as printing tests for the figure cardbacks. The slightly offset punch area and square bottom corners are common characteristics found on proof cards. Here we see a proof card for the Bespin Guard. This particular proof card happens to be a 41a, which is characterized by the printed Survival Kit offer located on the bottom of the proof's back. The starburst logo on the card front is quite dynamic and accentuates the offer nicely. This is just one of the many fine proof cards found in Ben Sheehan's collection. |
