    Page content descriptions

    Page 30
Action Figures including the first 12 plus the Death Star Droid, Power Droid, R5-D4, Greedo, Hammerhead, Walrusman and the Blue Snaggletooth.

    Page 31
The Toltoys cardboard Death Star Playset which is similar in construction to the Palitoy and Canadian version. I am told that the materials used in the construction are slightly different to those produced in other countries and also that the color of the graphic vary slightly.

A very cool looking prototype of the Dewback. There are many changes between this version and the final product including completely different articulation at the neck and tail and also the limbs are different. The saddle is vastly different and slightly reminiscent of the Tauntaun saddle from The Empire Strikes Back with it's sculpted 'legs'

    Page 32
Actual production samples of the first four Die Cast Vehicles at the top of the page. The bottom half of the page exhibits very early prototypes of the Millennium Falcon, Imperial Cruiser and Y-Wing Fighter. The word 'Millennium' is spelt incorrectly. More significantly though is that the image appears to have been 'flipped' and the cockpit and radar dish appear on the wrong sides of the vehicle. There appears to be a built in mechanism on the side of the vehicle where turning the wheel would probably rotate the radar dish and possibly the laser cannons.

    Page 33
Landspeeder prototype as detailed in the 1978 catalog. Sonic controlled Landspeeder image that has been flipped over so that Ben now has his lightsaber in his left hand and R2-D2's dome has the small projector red light on the wrong side. The picture of R2's dome appears to have been airbrushed to make it seem smoother and shinier. Ben is wearing the dark brown cape as detailed in the 1978 catalog.

X-Wing Fighter and Darth Vader's TIE Fighter Page 34

12" Action Figure of Luke, Leia, Han and Chewbacca. The Han figure has a head that I believe comes from a Donny Osmond figure? There is no Gun Belt and the ribbon for the medal is different.

    Page 35
12" Action Figures of Darth Vader, C-3PO, R2-D2 and Stormtrooper. The Stormtrooper is only an enlarged picture of the 3 3/4" version

    Page 36
MPC model Kits of Darth Vader's TIE Fighter, X-Wing Fighter, R2-D2 and C-3PO

    Page 37
Laser Rifle, Light Saber and Laser Pistol. The guns are shown loose as well as in their Toltoys boxes

    Page 38
An assortment of non-action figure merchandise including masks, poster art and plush characters

    Page 39
Radio controlled R2-D2, some different Toltoys jigsaw puzzles and some Battlestar Galactica jigsaw puzzles. Huh? How did they get in there!
