Man, ain't this the most imposing-looking action figure you've ever seen? The perspective, Dengar appearing as though he's towering over the viewer, makes the figure look like some super-villain pulled out of the Marvel Comics universe. And the lighting, combined with the lines of the figure's armor and the black-and-white presentation, give the whole thing an Art Deco-ish appeal. It's a really interesting ad to look at.
Obviously, the focus of the advertisement is Palitoy's "Bounty Hunter" mail-away promotion, which allowed kids to receive free toys in exchange for the nameplates clipped off of the packages of toys they'd bought previously.
