Dutch Clipper Darth Vader Mail-Away: This Darth Vader figure was one of the several toy items available to Dutch consumers as part of Clipper's extensive ROTJ mail-away program. The figure comes in a heat-sealed baggie bearing no logo whatsoever. Although its a little hard to see through the baggie, its cape seems to have a slightly different texture than most other Vader figures.

The boxes these shipped in are fairly mundane, being white with some black text.

According to Dutch collector Dylan Abram, these figures were obtained by means of a special coupon, which kids had to cut out and send away.
